From first certifications to national-stage recognition, these milestones reflect the persistence, teamwork, and leadership of our students.
LVHS TSA · First Chapter Year
LVHS TSA set a chapter goal for every member to complete the Bronze Achievement. About 90% of members reached Bronze, several advanced beyond it, and returning members continue working through the program’s higher levels.

Gio has completed his Gold submissions and they are being processed. Jeremiah (“J”) is also working toward Gold. When completed, they will become the second and third Nevada students to earn the Gold Achievement and will be recognized on stage at the 2027 TSA National Conference in Orlando.
TSA Achievement ProgramNational Conference · Nashville
Students advanced through a national field and earned a Top 10 finish in Virtual Reality Simulation at the 2025 TSA National Conference.
National Conference · Orlando
The chapter was recognized as a Gold-level donor supporting the American Cancer Society during the 2024 national conference.
National Conference · Louisville
Seven members represented Nevada at Nationals for the first time. The Coding team reached the semifinals, and the Digital Game Development team earned second place overall.
Nevada TSA · Inaugural State Conference
Congressional App Challenge
Student teams earned second place, third place, and an honorable mention in Nevada’s 4th Congressional District, represented by Congressman Steven Horsford.
Industry Certification
Every participating student earned the Postman Student Expert certification, demonstrating practical API literacy and professional tool experience.
